Not able to login

Hi,
I am trying to logged in using saggarwal@smartlayer.ca account. But it is showing error to me. So, i clicked the forgot password button and then entered the email id to receive the password reset link but i am not getting any reset link in email id. I also tried same with account hsharma@smartlayer.ca. Please let me know what to do.

Can you please check your spam/junk folder as well?Sometimes emails drop in that folder. Also, please add aspose.com into safe senders list.
