Installing aspose.slides.via.java using npm install command is giving error. Can you please assist us with installing aspose.slides.via.java using npm install command.
Node version is: 18.16.0
Jdk version: 1.8
After an initial testing, I was able to reproduce the issue as you mentioned. I found when installing Aspose.Slides for Node.js via Java from NPM (command) is giving error(s).

Hi , we are using this workaround of manually extracting package in our local environment but now we want to integrate this with our project as an npm library.
Could you please share your complete environment details including the followoing:
- Version of Python.
- Operating system.
We plan to look into the issue in the next week.

We reproduced the exception like this one:
utils.cpp(487): error C2039: ‘GetContents’: is not a member of ‘v8::ArrayBuffer’
Is this the only exception that you have or are there other errors?

The problem indicates that an error occurred while installing the Java packages. Notably, this problem is absent on Node.js versions preceding 14. In pursuit of comprehensive functionality across all versions, a thorough investigation was conducted. It has been determined that upgrading the Java package to the latest version is feasible.
The issue will be solved in Aspose.Slides for Node.js 24.1. This release will be published in the second half of January.
Testing after updating the version java package has not unearthed any anomalies under the condition that all requisite software is appropriately installed:
- JDK
- Python
- Node
- VS (Desktop development with C++) for node-gyp

We tested using the following versions:
Java – 1.8.0_202 (or newer, for example 1.8.0_371, 1.8.0_391)
Python – 3.12.0
Node.js – 18.19.0
