{ NUMPAGES } showing up as { NUMPAGES } in my document

Hi,

I’m having a problem with Aspose Words where the field {NUMPAGES} is literally showing up as “{NUMPAGES}” in my document. In addition, PAGE, DATE, and TIME are all showing up the same way.

I’ve attached a slimmed down version of my source code to this post. If you need to see the function in it’s entirety, please PM me.

Any idea as to what’s going wrong? Thanks.

Thanks for your inquiry and sorry for the delayed response. Well, Aspose.Words correctly mimics the way the Microsoft Word application works. I converted your HTML text (from bug.txt file) to DOCX format using Microsoft Word 2013 and have attached the resultant file here for your reference. You can see that Aspose.Words imports the numbers in your HTML and produces an output similar to Microsoft Word. I am afraid, I could not see any issue with your output document, could you please clarify where the issue is?
