When reading oledata.mso using:

Extraction of Embedded Objects data

Can I just get the name of attachments without using OpenMCDF or other 3rd party API?

No, unfortunately. Even if you use a third-party tool, you will not find the name there, because it is an unnamed object rendered by Outlook in a message body.
