When the merge document prints Word only prints the first page.

I’ve found a workaround for you. Remove the picture and paste it again but as an inline picture, not a floating shape.
This seems to be one of those problems caused by the deficiencies of the .doc format documentation. We’ve applied to obtain latest format documentation so if successful we will fix some of these issues.
