Does this or the Aspose.PDF product support opening up an existing PDF for editing? If so, which object and are there instructions. I can’t seem to find them.

Thanks for considering Aspose.
Aspose.Pdf is designed to create a completely new Pdf file, it doesn’t contain any api to edit existing Pdf.
Aspose.Pdf is implemented for existing Pdf, because the Pdf is presented for printing, there hasn’t any easy way to edit the data in the existing Pdf, the current kit works at the whole file level, at least at the page level. But the future versions will contain features for text extracting and text adding at the page.
