I have a very strange problem where for only one of our clients they do not see the powerpoint file instead they get a blank powerpoint.
i am using version 1.5.0
The users specs are:
windows xp pro sp2
ie 6
MS Office 2003.
when the file comes to download the user gets the ie has prevented this file from being downloaded (security) bar at the top. he then clicks this and chooses download file.
This is the only difference between his and the other computers we have here and it all works for us.
