Organization specific metadata in PDF

Hi,

I am trying to embed organization specific user defined metadata into a PDF document. Then I want this metadata to be crawled by Microsoft Office Search Server 2007 so that the document can be searched using that metadata.

Thank you very much for considering Aspose.

Aspose.Pdf.Kit is the component which allows you to add or update document properties and meta data information in a PDF document. You can use PdfFileInfo class to work with PDF document properties and in order to work with meta data you can use XmpSchema and PdfXmpMetadata classes. You can read the following article to work with meta data:

However, if you’re interested in some search engine optimization tips for PDF documents then I’m afraid we can’t help you in this regard. You’ll have to try some search engine like Google etc.
