PageModeUseOC Not working

Aspose Team,

Please take a look at the following zip file in PdfTestForm.cs line 128

editor.ChangeViewerPreference(ViewerPreference.PageModeUseOC);
//show
optonal content
panel

It should change the view preferences on the PDF but it seems to do nothing.
