There are two issues I’ve found affecting SpaceBefore and SpaceAfter in Paragraph.ParagraphFormat:
1. Their data type is float but any decimal value is rounded.
2. The value that need to be entered need to be the desired font spacing divided by .216 (and I have no idea why).
In combination, I can’t ever get the exact desired font size.

I have observed the requirement shared by you and request you to please try using Aspose.Slides for .NET 15.5.0 on your end. If there is still an issue then please share the working sample project reproducing the issue on your end. Please also provide the snapshot, generated and expected presentation files as well. I will investigate the issue in light of information shared by you to help you further.
