Paragraph rendered off page in PDF generated from Word

Attached are Word document and the resulting PDF created by Aspose.

There are 2 paragraphs that do not render within the page in the PDF, (they're way off to the right, verified by copy/paste from PDF). One is a vanilla paragraph, the other embedded in a bullet list (same text in both).

You will notice that there are 35 TAB characters before the first letter in the paragraphs which are causing the paragraph to indent a couple of feet to the right.
