Pdf bookmark destination issue

Hi,

I have Pdf document with bookmarks with destinations, but once update the Pdf document , TOC added in existing documents using by code, then pages are increased, in that case the destination of bookmarks changed.

After increased the no.of pages, bookmarks still shows the old destination pages.

How to change the destination pages for bookmarks once increase the pages dynamically.
