Pdf converter for Cloud (SPOnline)

Hello,

Currently we are using below namespaces

using Aspose.Cells;
using Aspose.Pdf;

which is server side code in SharePoint for converting documents to pdf

Now we want to migrate it to the cloud (SharePoint Online). Can you recommend what is your solution and how to go about achieving it?

Thank you,
Sireesha

@sgkrishna,

Thanks for your query.

Aspose.Cells for .NET also supports Excel 365 and it seems like Office365 is part of SPOnline. Since you are already using Aspose.Cells in SharePoint, so apparently there should not be an issue when using the Aspose.Cells APIs for the conversion on SharePoint Online. In short, using Aspose.Cells library is same as if you could use any other (custom) .NET API/component on SharePoint online.

But in SharePoint Online - Office365, we are using SPFx (which is JavaScript code).
So my question is how can we use/call the Aspose cloud dll in the JavaScript code.

Do you have REST calls for the Aspose cloud dlls?

Thank you,
Sireesha
