I’m using a microsoft word header/footer template on a PDF document, and the word template has a large image on it used as a background. When I try to create the document using the template I am getting a “header too large” exception. I was wondering if this is something that can be fixed, and if not, what the maximum size a template can be to be used without an exception.

We apologize for your inconvenience in this regard. Currently there isn’t any size limitation for an image. But, there could be some other reasons that would be causing the issue.
Can you please share the word file that you are using, so that we can test this issue at our end and investigate it in details.<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" />
