PDF Headers/Footers inverted for PPTX and XLSX

I have been applying headers and footers to a collection of pdf pages and I am getting a strange effect with the pages that have been converted from PPTx and XLSx to pdfs.

The header / footers are inverted and mirrored just for those pages, but converted DOCX, image, txt, rtf, pdf pages do not have the inversion.

Is this an Aspose PDF issue, and if so can you instruct me how to resolve the issue?
