PDF image is upside down

I am trying to insert an image into a PDF.

I have used the sample code from:

However, the image is inserted upside down.
I can see a previous issue that was raised back in 2018 ( PDFNET-44548) , but I cant see a way of tracking that, certainly no resolution is mentioned in the original thread.

Please could you advise as to whether this is working?

The earlier logged issue PDFNET-44548 has not been yet resolved. However, could you please share your sample files with us so that we can test with your files and address the issue accordingly.
