[PDF/PDFA] Picture transparrent

Hello


We made a convertion PDF to PDFA and we have picture transparent problem.

Th code use is :

public void ToPdfaTest()
{
Document d = new Document(@“D:\Temp\INC000004420926\PDF2PDFA KO\in2.pdf”);
d.Convert(new MemoryStream(), PdfFormat.PDF_A_1B, ConvertErrorAction.Delete);
d.Save(@“D:\Temp\INC000004420926\PDF2PDFA KO\out2.pdf”);
}



Could you give me an advice for correcting this problem?

Thanks for your inquiry. I have tested your scenario with shared document using Aspose.Pdf for .NET 11.2.0 and noticed the image background color issue. For further investigation, I have logged an issue in our issue tracking system as PDFNEWNET-40220 and also linked your request to it. The issue reported earlier is pending for review as its been logged under normal/free support model and product team will surely consider investigating / resolving it, as per their schedule. As soon as we have some definite updates regarding its resolution, we will let you know.

We have best on Picture transparrent with last dll. But we have few error again.

The issue reported earlier is pending for review as the team has been busy fixing other previously reported high priority issues. However I have recorded your concerns with product team and they will surely consider them during the resolution of this problem. As soon as we have some definite updates, we will let you know.

PS, The issues are resolved in first come first serve basis as we believe its the fairest policy to all the customers.

The issues you have found earlier (filed as PDFNEWNET-40220) have been fixed in Aspose.Pdf for .NET 16.10.0.
