A yellow icon that indicates there is a comment in the converted png image but not exist in original PDF. PFA for reference. See page iv in the original PDF file and observe there is no comment section but converted png image has one…

Thanks for your inquiry. I have tested your shared document using Aspose.Pdf for Java 10.4.1 and managed to observe the comment rendered in output image. For further investigation, I have logged an issue in our issue tracking system as PDFNEWJAVA-35026 and also linked your request to it.
