I have tried using external signature to sign the pdf, adding various combinations of UseLtv, OcspSettings, and TimestampSettings, but regardless I am unable to get the pdf to be LTV enabled. I am able to add verification information manually in Adobe, but I need to be able to embed the DSS information in the PDF, which I can confirm is not happening.
