- 1 - We have tested the code on windows (jdk ibm 1.6 & WAS 7) and it works but the same code on unix server is down !

- 2 - on the unix server :

* with aspose pdf 9.7.1, the file "OK_FIC2_AVEC_11_0_0.pdfOK_FIC2_AVEC_11_0_0.pdf" is KO but "KO_TEST_MISSION_AVEC_11_0_0.pdfKO_TEST_MISSION_AVEC_11_0_0.pdf" is OK

* with aspose 10.0.0 and +, it's the oposite "OK_FIC2_AVEC_11_0_0.pdfOK_FIC2_AVEC_11_0_0.pdf" is OK but "KO_TEST_MISSION_AVEC_11_0_0.pdfKO_TEST_MISSION_AVEC_11_0_0.pdf" is KO

I work for a french company that have an aspose licence (<1year).

what is the most appropriate channel to solve this problem ?

Thanks

If you have purchased paid support separately then you have to post your query in Priority Support Forum or Enterprise Support Forum accordingly, Otherwise this forum is right place for seeking Aspose.Pdf API support.
