PDF to TIFF Conversion, file extension changed from .tif to .tiff

Hi,

I am using the aspose to convert PDF / Word in to TIF. Its has been converted successfully and save the tiff file with extension as .tif until last week. Now suddenly the file extension changed from .tif to .tiff for converted file (There is no code changes for file extension in our code base). Can you please tell me what could be reason for this changes. Is it due to any server settings changes / operating system(Windows) upgrade.

Thank you for contacting support.

We are afraid Aspose APIs can create files only when some code is executed. It does not access or modify the files unless your application works with those files. If the extension is changed without any update in code or recent execution, then we are afraid it might not be related with Aspose APIs but some other factor of your system.
