PDF to Word conversion - one page in landscape cutting off

We are converting a multipage PDF and all is fine except for the last page which was added to the pdf in a different position and size then the rest of the form. It does seems to still create the correct “size” but it only drawing 1/4 of the image. Any ideas on how to address this? I have attached screen prints of the original PDF and then showing how the last page is cut off in the conversion. This happens when converting to .doc and .docx
