We are planning to use PdfConverter to create thumbnail images of pdf pages, but don’t see how to specify the resolution of the image that is created.
Is there a way? Or what is the default resolution?

You can use Resolution property of the PdfConverter class to set resolution of the output images; the default value of the resolution is 150.

However, we have already logged a new feature request as PDFKITJAVA-12813 in our issue tracking system.
