Any anyone offer any suggestions/work around for the code within the attachment.
Currently I'm using the PdfFileSignature class within the PDF.Ket assemblies and am getting an "Path cannot be null" exception when attempting using the Save() method to write the signed pdf to a memory stream if the class was not constructed using file paths.

First off, please make sure that you’re using the latest version of the component at your end. If it still doesn’t resolve your issue then please share the input PDF and PFX files with us, so we could investigate the issue at our end using your particular scenario. You’ll be updated with the results accordingly.
