Thanks for your interest in our API’s.
We have an API named Aspose.Pdf for .NET which provides the feature to create as well as manipulate existing PDF files but I am afraid it does not provide the feature to display PDF documents. However as a workaround, you may consider converting PDF pages to Image format and then render the images inside Image/Picture control. In case you were using Web Application, you would have tried Viewer Application from our sister company named GroupDocs to accomplish this requirement.
