Possible to mix and match PPT and PPTX classes?

Hello,

I was just wondering if it’s possible to use for instance the com.aspose.slides.HeaderFooter class in a com.aspose.slides.pptx.PresentationEx?

If not in this case, are there instances where this possible. I ask because it

seems that PPTX support for some features like headers and footers is not yet

available.

Hi Peter,

I regret to share that Aspose.Slides for Java has two separate APIs for dealing with PPT and PPTX formats and both can not be merged together. As far as footer are concerned in case of PPTX, there are no real header and footers in PPTX. One can use AutoShapeEx for creating header and footer shapes.
