When I convert a PowerPoint file, the graphics don’t appear but the text does. I’ve attached the PowerPoint file.

I have observed the presentation file shared and you are using SmartArt shapes in your presentation. The rendering of SmartArt shapes are actually not completely supported. An issue with ID SLIDESNET-34455 has been created to further investigate and resolve the issue.
