Powerpoint to Tiff conversion issue

Hi,

I am using Aspose.Slides.dll for .net version 5.7.0.0 to convert Power point document to tiff format. Sometimes the tiff image is in full black. Is there any solution to fix this issue. Please let me know as soon as possible. It is vert urgent.

System specifications Win 7, 32 bit system.

I would suggest you to kindly share the source presentation and output tiff file for further investigation. But before this I would suggest you to kindly use Aspose.Slides for .NET 5.8.0. Please share, if I may help you further in this regard.
