This time I would want to ask if it’s possible to have a ppt file as a template (you know- with beautiful logo, lines etc…). Then, when I will export my reports to ppt, this file will be used as a template for all my slides.

Thanks for using Aspose.Slides for Reporting Services.
I will let you know if this feature is supported by ASRS or could be implemented as new feature as soon as possible.
There is no such feature which use Slide master in ASRS so you should insert all logos, lines and etc directly to rdl report
