PPT file failed to load and throw exception "An entry with the same key already exists"

Hi,

When trying to load a ppt file, an exception was thrown: “An entry with the same key already exists”. I’m using Aspose Slides .Net 18.9.0.

Below is my sample code:

Presentation pres = new Presentation(“An_entry_with_the_same_key_already_exists.ppt”);

I had tried to check this error on the Internet and found out that this issue happened before and is fixed in ticket SLIDESNET-37431 for Aspose.Slides .NET 16.8.0, but now, it didn’t work with Aspose Slides .Net 18.9.0.

Please help and give me some advice for this issue.

I have worked with the presentation file shared and have been able to observe the issue. An issue with ID SLIDESNET-40618 has been created in our issue tracking system to further investigate and resolve the issue. This thread has been linked with the issue so that you may notified once the issue will be fixed.

The issues you have found earlier (filed as SLIDESNET-40618) have been fixed in this update.
