Thanks for sharing your feedback. I have performed the steps shared by you and have made some minor modifications in PresentationToMultipartHtmlConverter.cs. Can you please try the scenario given below?

1. replace the URL used in the pic of previous mail like given below.

for eg:
http://localhost/presentation1.html

to
http:///presentation1.html

here i need to replace the term localhost with your system name.
we need to access the files as described above because we are configuring the files in one workstation and accessing from another site. Using localhost we can access only in the system where the site is configured.
Also we checked the same in mozilla and chrome which result in some missing plug in/warning messages. attached screen shot for reference.
Any thoughts?
