PPT to PDF Conversion Issue

We have a customer PowerPoint where text on a side isn’t making it to the PDF.



Slide 3 is missing it’s text.

I am able to reproduce your mentioned issue after an initial test. The issue has been registered in our issue tracking system with issue id: SLIDESNET-35777. You will be notified via this forum thread once the issue gets resolved.

In the meantime is there a workaround? Editing the PowerPoint is an option if there is a change that will make it start to work.

I am afraid, there is no work around available at the moment for your reported issue. Our development team will investigate the issue further and check if making any changes in the presentation can make it work. Once we have any update, we will let you know via this forum thread.
