Preserving numbering styles

Hi,
I have a custom numbering style at different heading levels:
2. Heading1
Text here…
2.A. Heading 2
Text at heading 2…
2.A.1. Heading 3
Text at heading 3…
2.A.1.1 Heading 4
Text at heading 4

    Then I am chunking the document at each heading level and store them as HTML. Problem is when I try to restore the document, the numbering styles were not preserved.
    How can I can I do that?
    I can send you the source code I am using…

Thanks for your inquiry. Unfortunately multi levels list is not fully supported during converting to HTML. This is known issue #3701:
Issue #3701 – List with multiple levels is not correct converted to HTML.
As a workaround you can use plain text instead list item numbers.
