Preserving Styles within documents- in particular fonts

we have a licensed version of aspose.words.
Runtime Version 1.1.4322
Version 2.1.5.0
How do you get the document to preserve the style? I create a document template and add in a free text line and apply a custom style i have created to this line. this line is not recreated correctly when i use the template to create my mail merge.

it seems to lose the font type, and reverts back to Times New Roman. it will preserve the size, font weight, style & colour etc but just not the font type.
is there something that needs to be done to the document to preserve different custom styles applied?
i have included an attachment that shows the template on the left, and then the generated document on the right - so you can see the differences i am experiencing

Thanks for your inquiry. I tried to reproduce this but it seems that all works fine on my side. Could you please attach your template here?
Also try to use the latest version of Aspose.Words (4.4.1.0).
