When enabled

Aspose.OMR.Generation.GlobalPageSettings globalPageSettings = new Aspose.OMR.Generation.GlobalPageSettings() {
	WritingSystem = new Aspose.OMR.Generation.WritingSystems.Arabic(true)
};

the header and footer do not appear.
