Problem in HTML output

Problem in HTML output Using the Save option : Workbook.Save(filename, SaveFormat.Html).

The actual text is R-PARKS AND RECREATION BAILOUT.

In Excel it is displaying R-PARKS AND RECREA , Since we are setting the Column Width But in HTML it is displaying P-R only even though the space available.
