Problem on Docx to PDF conversion for images

Hello,
we are using Aspose in order to convert docx files in PDF files.
The result seems to be correct in PDF result file.
But our users wants to retrieve the image contained in PDF file.
The image is selected and copied in clipboard. When the image is pasted in paint or another document, the image is not good. (see screenshot.jpg)

You can reproduce the issue, with the associated Word document.

I have also attached the code snippets used in our application.

Please notice that this functionality works well with the Word functions (File à Save As (with PDF format).

We are using Aspose.Word v14.4.0 and Aspose.Pdf v9.2.1.0.

Could you please give us a solution for this problem ?

Best regards.

Alexis.

Hi Raphaël,

Thanks for contacting support.

As we recently have been able to notice this issue, and until or
unless we have investigated and have figured out the actual reasons of this
problem, we might not be able to share exact timelines by which this problem will
be resolved. However as per our current estimates, we plan to get this problem fixed in Aspose.Pdf for .NET 9.9.0 which is planned to release in December-2014.

As soon as we have made some significant progress
towards the resolution of this issue, we would be more than happy to update you
with the status of correction. Please be patient and spare us little time. Your
patience and comprehension is greatly appreciated in this regard.

Dear Support,

Thanks a lot for your reply. It's not a good news for me but as I have more visibility, I can explain it to my customers.

Please, keep me inform when you have a fixed date for the new release.

Best regards,<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" />
