Problem with Converting the RTF to PDF

Hi ,
I have a problem with converting the RTF to pdf. Text doesn’t have the under line in RTF. But after converting to PDF Text has underline. Here I am attaching the RTF file and my output pdf file. Can you please look into this.
Below Text in the RTF doesn’t have under line. But PDF has.
This letter is to confirm the arrangements for our INCOME TAX ENGAGEMENT and to clarify the nature and limitations of the tax services to be provided

The issues you have found earlier (filed as WORDSNET-5112) have been fixed in this .NET update and in this Java update.
