Hi there, I am using Aspose.Words version 9.4 in a load balanced IIS server environment. I am getting license load failures in a utilizing web service on one specific box (and no the app is not trying to hop machines). The errors occur sporadically but when they do occur the problem persists until the App Pool for the using web service on that machine is recycled.
My question is has anyone seen this error before? Also, we have license to use the product on 10 different machines and may be near this limit. How do you know the product is in use on more than one machine and could this be a contributing factor?
