Problems downloading Aspose.Excel v3 license

How can I get my license Aspose.Excel.Lic updated from Version 2.x to Version 3.x?<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" />

I purchased an Enterprise license last April a few days before version 3 was released.

The version information from my license file refers to version 2.0

If I try to download my license from your site, I still get a version 2 license.

What is your order id number? I have found two orders for you with this username. One is deleted, and one is just ordered but not paid. If the component was ordered in another name, please let me know so I can search for it.

Your license should be good if you have newer license. I don’t think you have to download new one each time you download new component.

This problem also started after I installed version 3.x<o:p></o:p>

From my perspective, everything is pointing to a license issue<o:p></o:p>

Our licenses don’t need to be changed each time you have updated the component. Have you made your code look like this: http://www.aspose.com/Products/Aspose.Excel/Api/Aspose.Excel.License.html? That is how it should look. I am transferring this to Aspose.Excel incase there is another reason why this license isn’t working right.
