Problems with aspose.network.outlook: System.Exception: not PST ! (ver)

Hi,

Im evaluating the .network.office component for little program i am developing for our office. I need to read in PST’s, and then perform some actions.

I keep getting the following exception when i try and load pst’s:

System.Exception: not PST ! (ver)

Is this related to the demo version i am trialing? If so is it posible to get a trial that will allow me to test this? I really need to know how fast the system is before i commit to purchasing it. I am processing in excess of 5000 PST’s so speed is the key and will be the decideing factor in my purchase.

I was orignally just going to work on extracted MSG’s, but was getting to many error’s. see forum post (Free Support Forum - aspose.com)

So i decided to go back to the PST level, and this is where i currently am.

Hi Michael,


Could you please tell the format/version of the PST files that you are trying to load? You may check in MS Outlook File – Data file management – select the PST file – settings – Format.

I am sorry, currently it cannot load the PST format 97 - 2002. I have logged this issue in our bug tracking system (ID: 18250). We will inform you as soon as it’s support is added. Sorry for the inconvenience.

The issues you have found earlier (filed as 18250;18250) have been fixed in [this update](http://www.aspose.com/community/files/51/.net-components/aspose.network-for-.net/default.aspx).
