Hi,
I’m having problems with some documents created in Word 97. In these documents, the field codes are written in french (CHAMPFUSION instead of MERGEFIELD etc.). When I open one of these in Word 2000, the field codes are displayed in English and are correctly evaluated, but if I load it in an Aspose Document and then save it again then the field codes are displayed in French and aren’t evaluated anymore.
If I access the field codes with Aspose they are written in French, but Word just seems to don’t recognize them as French ones anymore.
So is there a way to save the document without loosing this kind of field?
