Procedures for receiving support

My company recently purchased an OEM Developer license for .NET Total.


I seem to be the official “contact” on the license. We have one developer working with Aspose, but that developer is not me.

In order for my developer to receive support, does he need to be the official contact for the license, or does he simply need a user log-in for your system? Is there any need or advantage to be gained by having his name associated with the license, or is that irrelevant to your system?

I certainly don’t want to be the conduit for support traffic between Aspose and my developer.

Your developer can sign up for an Aspose account and start getting any technical help by posting his problem in the appropriate Aspose API forum.
