HI Chang Shin,

Thank you for sharing the stack trace with us. Before, I may add the ticket in our issue tracking system I request you to please share the complete environment details where by you are using Aspose.Slides for Java 7.1.1 and reproducing the issue. As I shared with you earlier that using JDK 1.6 in Windows 7 x64 environment did not reproduce the issue for me.

Many Thanks,

Did you use same version for window 7 64 bit java version?
Our company still uses 1.6 version.

Here is my java version and location:
Jvav version "1.6.0_35"
Java™ SE Runtime Environment (build 1.6.0_35-b10)
Java HotSpot™ 64 bit server VM (build 20.10.-b01, mixed mode)
C:\Program Files\Java\jdk1.6.0_35

Thanks,
Chang Shin

Hi Chang Shin,

Thanks for your feedback. Yes, I am using Windows 7 x64 SP1 on my end. However, I am using JDK 1.6_27 on my end. I don’t feel that JDK can be issue. Please let me download the same JDK version as yours and I will share my further feedback in this regard that whether I am able to reproduce the issue or not. In mean while, I may suggest you to please try using some other machine with different JDK version if possible.

Many Thanks,

Web server Mac Pro Unix uses same version 1.6.0_35 as my window 7 Professional sp1.
There is lots of work to test different version.

Thanks,
Chang Shin

HI Chang Shin,

I have installed JDK 1.6_35 on my end. I have attached the snapshot of my configuration for your kind reference as well. I have not been able to reproduce the issue on my end. Can you please verify that you have reproduced the issue on Windows 7 x64 on your end. I would suggest you to please try using some other machine for your investigation as I have not been able to observe it on my end.

Many Thanks,
