Can you provide a way to specify the file path to be used for the css and image source path? Currently I can able to specify the way to specify export or save the images in specified location.

Currently there is no way to specify output directory (folder) for CSS stylesheet and images when exporting to HTML. These supplementary files are exported in the same directory with mail HTML document if you export to file. When exporting to stream there is no default so Aspose.Words uses additional parameters to specify directories. But this is not an option, just a necessity.
If you need override this behavior you can substitute file paths in the resulting HTML using regular expressions or some other logic.
