Hi,

I have found the answer to this query. Instead could you please help me
with a timeout problem. I am trying to convert a 130 page pdf to TIFF and
am getting a timeout. Is there a way to increase the timeout?

Hi Cais,

Thanks for your inquiry. You can set a timeout in the REST call. If it does not help then please share the input PDF file here in this thread. We will take a closer look and guide you accordingly. A side note, we do not recommend large size documents. It is better to use few small files instead of one huge file.

Hi,

Attached is the PDF that was causing the timeout. You suggest using
multiple smaller files instead of one large file - what would you say is
the limit in order for a file to be considered large for your service? 20
pages? 100?

Hi Cais,

Thanks for sharing the input Pdf file. I would like to update you that you cannot process 3.87 MB file with a free Saaspose account. It is must you have at least a start-up plan. Also, you need to choose Max file size limit is 10 MB. It will charge you $10 extra per month. I have attached the output TIFF file to check the result.
