Hello Salman,

I am evaluating Aspose Barcode software. So far, I think that the software has a lot of features that meet our company’s needs. I have a few things would like to ask you before present this product to my manager.

We have a web application and a window service application that are running on Window 7 and Window 2008 with MS .NET Framework 3.5 and up (32 bit and 64bit). The Barcode software needs to do the followings:

From the web application

- Generate a barcode to an Adobe PDF Form (This means barcode code text will not be static. User later can print this form out as fax cover sheets or document separators to fax whatever documents they have.)

I’ve read your article,

Could you provide us sample code (C#) how to generate and save barcode on Adobe PDF Form?

From the window service – the app has to do the followings.

- Read a multi-page TIFF file and detect the barcode on each the fax cover sheet/document separator above and get the code text This article seems to be helpful for this task,

- Chop the subsequent pages of the TIFF file, after each cover sheet page that has the barcode, and save them into a new Tiff file based on the code text.

For reading multi-page tiff, the above link contains the sample code.

//Feed the pages to BarCodeReader one by one

It could be modified as

If the tif file contains total 10 pages and 3 of them contains barcode, then it would save 3 separate tif documents. “MultipageTiffBarcode.zip” attachment contains this example.

But, if you want to create single tif document for 3 pages, please refer to “GenerateBarCodeMultiPageTiff.zip” attachment which contains sample code to combine multiple instances of Bitmap into a single multi-page tif document.
