"Cannot get message item and Mime Content" from Office365 email with zip attachments

We have written a system using Aspose.Total to connect to exchange and download emails with attachments.

Recently we switched our email hosting from a local Exchange 2010 server to Microsoft’s hosted Exchange service Office365. We are now unable to download zip file attachments. The error we receive is “Cannot get message item and Mime Content”. All other attached files are downloaded without issue.

Until we switched to Office365, we were able to download zip attachments without error.

I am afraid that I don’t have the facility to test this issue for further investigation. Could you please manage a test account for us on Microsoft’s hosted Exchange service Office365, so that we can use it to reproduce this issue and report it to our development team for further investigation? We’ll look into it and assist you further.
