Thank you for reporting this problem to us. I have logged it as Issue #855. We will deal with it in the next 1-2 weeks and let you know.
It will be helpful if you provide some information on what version of MS Word was used to create this document.
The problem was due to the fact that form fields were in non unicode format. We have never had the documents like this before. Handled correctly in Aspose.Words 3.5.2 which is available for download:
