Range of sheets in formula has been changed after sheets are reordered

Hello,

If I reorder sheets in workbook I see changes in formula. See attached project. I use Aspose.Cells.dll 7.3.1.0.

In order to reproduce, run attached project and you will get exception.

We have found this issue and fixed it. We will release a fix soon after some additional testing in next few days.
